Definition of smart failure and how it encourage creativity

Creativity is about taking risks. But, people are afraid to fail and due to that they are afraid to take risks. One way to increase creativity is to define what the company acknowledges as acceptable or smart failure and what the company sees as reckless behavior that leads to unacceptable (or dumb) failure.

I tried to depict what is success, smart failure and dumb failure by using non subjective definitions that can be understood by all IT. This is what I have so far. I’ll be happy to hear any feedback.
