Proudly presented our IT strategy and accomplishment in the last 3 months.
This great IT team managed to:
1) Increase customer satisfaction and decrease customer dissatisfaction. We measured positive textual feedback against negative textual feedback.
2) create mobile app to enable 2 phase authentication for password reset.
3) prevent unavailability of our processing center after it was hit by a lightning.
4) rewrite MF reports by using MS AppFabric that cause sever MF availability issues. We manage to improve service from unavailability to 1 sec response. This activity also saved 5 MSUs.
5) deploy new portal based on SharePoint 2013.
6) increase significantly our on boarding experience.
